Just Breathe - #freesample
Let's get one thing straight:
Take a Breath.
Just Breathe.
Breath and Breathe are two different words. Please spell them correctly and then use them correctly.
Breath is what you take in, Breathe is the act you're performing.
Take a Breath.
Just Breathe.
Breathe Right strips. Most of the time I feel like my nose doesn't get out of the way enough for air to come through. These strips help pull my nose open to allow extra air flow while I'm sleeping. If I could get away with wearing them all day long, I would.
But no one wants to see this out... you will not find me on that website about People Of certain-store-that-shall-not-be-named. Plus, I try to go to my local Kroger for everything I possibly can, which you know.
I had not tried the fabric ones before. I've used the plastic ones because they're clear, but the glue stays on my nose and then I'm having so much trouble the next morning trying to wash it off.
Although I thought these were peeling my skin off... no glue residue!
They are Rory inspected, and Duncan approved.
I also received from free Simple Truth Organic Lip Balm. It's got a waxy, medicine like smell to it...the honey vanilla just doesn't quite cover it up. The tube design is ok but hard to get used to though, since you twist where you think you're about to touch the wax stick. No real complaints, but I don't think it is something I'll buy for myself.
It's Little Bit inspected.
It also fizzes just a little for a while, so instead of like drinking orange juice, it's sort-of like a soda. But not really. The taste is fine, and no medicine or vitamin aftertaste like other things can have.
Side note: This drink, unaffiliated with the Kroger Mission, but I bought it at Kroger.
If Sunshine makes you happier, this drink does too. The brand name is odd, but the taste is great and it's good for vitamins and staying healthy.
If that's too expensive (or not on sale) there are single serve packs of Emergen-C with vitamins and supplements to help keep a cold away.

Overall, this was a good box to help show ways we can try to beat a cold - whether it's after one has hit, or doing some proactive things to try and keep them away.
I know this year I felt like I didn't have time to get sick, so I take my vitamins every day, and these are a great way to add some extra boosts to the immune system to fight off anything that comes.
If you're out shopping, with the people and the germs, and don't want to catch whatever they have... these are some essentials to pick up.
In closing, here are some other ways to stay happy when it's cold outside:
Stay clean.
Snuggle up together.
And hog the best spot to view all the Christmas lights.
